"I'm going to make you a believer," I said to Chris. He had said he didn't believe in Pineapple on pizza. So, I rolled up my sleeves on got to work on the perfect doughball recipe. One handmade pie later, both Chris and Thomas wanted in- we knew we wanted to make pizza together.

It comes out looking like it might be whole wheat, but in reality it’s bread flour laced with our secret spice blend that supercharges every bite.

Our sauce is my favorite part: A touch of whiskey and ale swirling around in the marinara, giving it this extra dimension that’ll have you reaching for slice after slice. You can taste the care in every bite, and that’s the whole point for us — taste over everything.
